What does the default notification sent by the Teachify look like when a student register a course?

After a student registers as a member or pays for a course of your school, they will receive a default notification email automatically sent by the Teachify system.

Register as a member



If students enroll in "Free Redeem" courses, they will register as a member of your school right away. After registering, they will receive a confirmation email.

What are the differences between public access, free redeem, and paid courses? And how do you set them up in the backend?

* Email Subject : School name - You have successfully received a course
* Email Content :



Pay for a course- Non-member



If students are not yet members of your school before making the purchase, the email will remind them and provide a link to activate their account and set a password.

* Email Subject : School name - Order Confirmation
* Email Content :




Pay for a course- Member



If students have already become members of your school before making the purchase, the email will provide a link for students to log in to their account.

* Email Subject : School name - Order Confirmation
* Email Content :





If the student indicates that they have not received the email, please ask them to check their promotions or junk mail folder for further confirmation.
