How can I manually import email list or enroll users to certain online courses

Teachify is committed to providing instructors and creators with their own dedicated online course platform.

The student list is completely controlled by the instructor, and you can export the student list to further contact or remarket to them.

If you previously had members in other places and want them to move to the Teachify system to view courses, or offer some paid courses as gifts for public relations, just import the list (name and email) into the corresponding course, and they will receive a notification email and be able to log in to watch the course for free.

How to import student list?



Step 1: Go to the Teachify course management dashboard and select the paid course to import the list.

⚠️ Public courses or promotional courses cannot be imported.




Step 2: Enter the course dashboard, click on the "student list" in the left menu, and you should see the "single import" and "batch import" buttons in the upper right corner.




Step 3: If you only need to add a small number of students, you can quickly add them using "single import". If you need to import a large number of students, you can choose "batch import".

⚠️ "Batch import" must be operated in accordance with the CSV sample file format provided by the backend.




Step 4: The added students will receive a course notification email and can log in to see the course.
