How to assist students in changing their registered email?

First, go to the Teachify dashboard> user list, and find the student you want to help. Click on their name (in blue).

Once you're on the student's backend page, replace their old email with the new email and click Update.

Ask the student to check their inbox and verify the email.

Reminder: If the student has already registered another account with this new email address, you won't be able to replace it. Please click on the blue icon in the lower right corner to contact us, and we will handle it as soon as possible.
