How to check if a student has verified their email address? What to do if a student doesn't receive the verification email?

Go to the Teachify dashboard > Users, find the student's name, and click on it (in blue).




If the student has verified their email, the account status should show "Confirmed".



If the account status does not show "Confirmed", please ask the student to check the mailbox they registered with when purchasing.
Find the verification email and verify it.


Reminder: If the student used Gmail to purchase, the verification email may sometimes go to the "Spam" or "Promotions" category.

If students cannot find the verification email, you can click Resend to send the verification email to them again.



After couple minutes, the student should be able to see an email with the subject line "Confirm your email with Your Academy Name".
For example: "Confirm your email with Teachify". The verification email content is shown in the following picture



After the student verifies their email, they should be able to log in to the academy!
