Unlocking the Consulting Feature in Your Teachify Courses
As a creator, you have the opportunity to offer consulting or coaching sessions as part of your courses using the Teachify platform.

Accessing the Teachify Dashboard
Log in to your Teachify Dashboard and click on "Courses" in the left-hand toolbar.
Select the course for which you want to open a consulting session.
Setting up the Consulting Service
Under the "Interaction" section in the left-hand sidebar, you will find the "Consulting Service" option.
Click on "New Service" in the top right corner.
Creating the Consulting Sessions
In the "Name" field, provide a title for your consulting service.
Once you have filled in the necessary information, click on "Create."
Configuring the Consulting Sessions
On the published page, click on the Name to access the editing page.
Here, you can set the title, select the consulting schedule, and set the maximum number of participants.
After configuring the settings, click on "Add."

After students log in to your Teachify-created academy, they can click on "Learning Center" in the top right corner of the toolbar to enter.

Making a Reservation
On the reservations page, students will see available time slots in the calendar below.
They can select a time slot and make a reservation for the consulting session.
Viewing Reservations
After making a reservation, students can return to the dashboard page, where they can view all the consulting events they have scheduled under "All Reservations" section.
When the scheduled consulting time arrives, instructors can navigate to the consulting service page within the respective course.
By clicking on the specific time slot, they can access the meeting details and join the video conference via the provided Zoom link.
