How to set up frequently asked questions (FAQs) ?

When operating online schools and selling courses, providing a set of frequently asked questions to students can help them better understand the benefits and rights of taking the courses, and important notes can also be communicated through FAQs!

FAQ for a school



You can find FAQ under "General Settings".



The question content can be arranged by category (question type), and the order can be dragged and sorted using "☰".



After the settings are configured, the page will look like this:

After entering the course backend, you can find "FAQ" in "Settings".






⚠️ When setting the question content, if you have decided to announce it, remember to click "Yes" in the "Is it published?" section.
Only "published question content" will be displayed smoothly on the course page.

⚠️ If a single course has published question content, it will override the FAQ for the school.
