How to prompt students to fill in phone and address during checkout?

Typically, students purchasing online courses only need to provide their name and email address.
However, if you have physical handouts, books, or small gifts to send, obtaining the student's phone number and address during the checkout process becomes especially important.

Here's how to do it:
Go to the Teachify dashboard and click on General Settings.
On the settings page, scroll down to the bottom to find Checkout Options.

Enter the "Checkout Options" section to find the "Shipping Address" and "Phone Number" options.
You can choose to make them required, optional, or hidden.
Required : The student must fill in their phone number to proceed to the payment processing page.
Optional : The field will appear on the checkout page, but students can still complete the purchase without filling it out.
Hidden : If you don't want the field to appear at all.

After making your selection, choose Yes for activation and click Create to complete the process.
