How to customize the Navigation Bar on your school website?

Go to the Teachify dashboard of your school website and click on General Settings on the left side.
Then, you should find Site Navigation under "Design your website" section.

You will see the "site menu" and we will demonstrate 4 features as follows:
Convenient drag and drop;
Customized naming;
Intuitive toggle to display items or not;
Flexible addition of external links.

Feature 1 : Convenient drag and drop
Drag the icon up or down to adjust the display order of menu items.

For example, swapping the positions of Events from bottom to top, then you will see it move from right to left on Navigation Bar.

Feature 2 : Customized naming
You can change the display name by clicking on the item in blue and editing it.

For example, I changed "All Courses" to "All Lectures", and the change was immediately updated on the front-end.

Feature 3 : Intuitive toggle to display items or not
Click the switch on the right to decide whether to display the item.

For example, if you turn off "Events", "Posts", and "Digital Downloads", the front-end menu will only show "All Lectures" and "FAQ".

Feature 4 : Flexible addition of external links
You can add external links on Navigation Bar.

For example, I want to add an item that directly links to the Teachify official website.
Click on New Menu Item in the upper right corner, and enter the item label (the text displayed on the front-end) and URL.
If you want the link to open in a new tab, answer "Yes" to Open in New Tab?.

That's it! You're done!

If none of the above answers can solve your problem or if you have any suggestions, please click on the blue icon in the lower right corner to contact us, and we will reply as soon as possible.
