How long will videos appear on the front-end after uploading?
After uploading a video, it takes some time for the conversion process to achieve the best viewing experience.
Teachify strives to upload all videos for each academy within 1-2 days, but sometimes, if there are hundreds of videos being converted simultaneously in the backend, there may be a waiting queue. Please be patient in such cases.
⚠️ Please do not close the window before the progress bar reaches 100%.
Once the video is uploaded, you will see it label as "Wait encoding", and the front-end will not be able to display the video yet.
When it shows "Encoded", the video is ready to be viewed on the front-end.
After the conversion is complete, you will also receive a "Video conversion completed" notification via email.
If the course is not a pre-order, and you want students to be able to watch the video as soon as the course is launched, it is recommended to reserve at least one week for video uploading and conversion before the course launch.
